1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how NEWDIGITALTP LLC processes and ships physical products. We are an online retailer of physical desk and office accessories.

Shipping Origin: All orders ship from the United States. Our warehouse is located in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time begins once the order leaves our United States facility.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and another email with tracking information when it ships.

3. Shipping Locations

Shipping Region: We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) with adjusted shipping times and costs.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

4.1 Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States)

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $8.00
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $18.00
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $28.00

4.2 Alaska and Hawaii

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days - $15.00
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-6 business days - $30.00

4.3 U.S. Territories

  • Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days - $20.00

4.4 Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 to addresses in the contiguous United States.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. We select the most reliable and cost-effective option.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Link to track your shipment
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the carrier's website or tracking portal.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
  • Remote or rural delivery locations
  • Customs processing (for territories)

Delivery times exclude weekends and federal holidays.

8. Shipment Verification

A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders or at the carrier's discretion.

If you will not be available to sign, you may be able to arrange alternative delivery instructions with the carrier, such as leaving the package at a designated location or holding it for pickup.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be charged for additional shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

We will contact you to arrange redelivery. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailroom, with neighbors)
  2. Contact the carrier to inquire about the delivery location
  3. Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival
  4. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@newdigitaltp.com

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist with carrier investigations.

12. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
  2. Open carefully and inspect the product
  3. Take photos of any product damage
  4. Contact us immediately at info@newdigitaltp.com with photos and your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until we provide instructions.

13. Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct information.

14. Customs and Duties (U.S. Territories)

Orders shipped to U.S. territories may be subject to local customs processing.

We are not responsible for customs delays or any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

15. Packaging

We package all products securely using recyclable materials, including:

  • Corrugated cardboard boxes
  • Protective padding (bubble wrap, paper fill)
  • Packing tape

Fragile items receive additional protective packaging.

16. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may ship together in one package or separately, depending on inventory location and size.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
