You may return most physical products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

The return window begins on the date the product is delivered to your shipping address, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components that came with the product
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or assembled
  • Products damaged by customer misuse or negligence
  • Products with removed, damaged, or missing packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization email
  6. Send us the tracking number once you ship the return

Important: Do not ship returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description on our website

If we are responsible for the return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

7. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Inspection and processing typically take 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.

8. Refunds

9. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item or size, follow the return process and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange.

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

13. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@newdigitaltp.com with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive it.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

14. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
